                Solera, Riggs Road east of Gilbert. Fully developed community. Del Webb.

Gilbert:

                 Trilogy.  Power Road south of Rittenhouse.  Fully developed community.  Shea.

Mesa:

Sunland Village.  Southern east of Greenfield.  Fully developed community.  Farnsworth.

                 Leisure World.  Southern at Recker.  Fully developed. UDC.

                 Dreamland Villa.  Broadway at Higley.  Fully developed.  Farnsworth.              

 AZ Golf Resort.  Power Road near Southern.  It’s fully developed, but new owners (2007)    are working on a multi-million dollar update to the community.

Queen Creek:

Encanterra, A Trilogy Country Club.  Opened 2008.  Combs Road, East of Ganzel.  Shea.

Florence:

Sun City Anthem at Merrill Ranch.  Continuing sales in this community.  Hunt Highway, Nearly 10,000 homes planned in a master planned community to feature subdivisions for all ages and lifestyles including a 55+ community. Including the Poston Butte Golf Club.  Del Webb/Pulte..

Maricopa:

Province.  Fully developed community with adjacent public golf course.  Smith-Enke Road east of Hwy 347.  Engle.

Casa Grande:

Mission Royale.  I-10 south of Phoenix, north of I-8. Continuing sales in this development.  Meritage.

Robson Ranch.  I-10 south, exit 198/Jimmie Kerr Blvd.  Opened in 2006 and sales continue.  Robson.

Each community offers plenty of activities.  You can choose how active you choose to be.  Each community offers a slightly different atmosphere.  Most will allow for private swimming pools.  Some communities will allow for privacy fencing.  Many to most of the newer communities will only allow view fencing.  Some of the communities will allow no fencing of any kind.

In addition to these communities, there are a good number of smaller active adult communities.  They range from communities featuring manufactured homes on your owned lot to patio home, town home and condominium communities.  Some of these communities will feature swimming pools, activity centers and even a golf course.

There are RV communities where you own your own lot.  There are many manufactured home and RV parks where you rent a lot.  I do not represent buyer’s or seller’s in these communities but can generally provide referrals to those that do conduct sales activity in these communities.  Sales activities in most of these communities are governed by other than the Arizona Department of Real Estate.
